About the role:
You will report to the Manager, Computer Aided Engineering and be located at Mannheim
Key Responsibilities:
- Support offers with concept designs in plant layout
- Organize and support 3D design reviews
- E3D Catalog Software (AVEVA)
- Create E3D catalog elements with parameter for Company and project use
- Create pipe-, steel- , structure- catalog parts, Bolt specs, fitting elements and more
- Develop solutions for vendor catalog addons or extensions
- Resolve problems and failures from catalog parts
- E3D Software (AVEVA) – 2D- Drafter
- 2D- Drafter for several types of plant layout drawings, general layout drawing, detail layout drawing, pipe isometric drawing
- Develop experience to train employees on new technologies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in plant layout engineering / design
- AVEVA certificates of DESIGN, Catalogue work (E3D) if available.
- Basic skills in programming
- Very good English language skills, Proficient in German
- Open communication to the team members.
