Manufacturing Coordinator

As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will coordinate work order (SWO) entries and distribute to the team members, print work order (SWO) sheets and matching drawings, monitor due dates and assist in scheduling, communicate with the different groups of progress, distribute quotes and monitor feedback, send out “Request for Quotes” and process purchase requisitions.

You will report to the Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor and be located at our facility in Manning, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source of communication for work orders (SWOs)

• Enter work orders (SWOs) into database

• Maintain database and distribute reports

• Print cover sheet and corresponding drawing(s)

• Distribute work order (SWO) sheets and drawings to Shop Leads  

• Maintain, track and report job due dates

• Send and track Request for Quotes for outsourced parts

• Requisition and track outsourced parts and raw material

• Assist in buying and track purchased parts

• Reviewing and responding to delays, inaccuracies, or errors

• Updating information as it becomes available

• Maintaining relationships with clients and customers

• Organize multiple projects and services

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 0+ years of experience

• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent discipline

  • Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered

• Experience with Microsoft Access
