L’ingénieur réglementation a pour mission principale de définir les exigences réglementaires applicables et de s’assurer du respect de ces exigences.

The main role of the regulatory engineer is to define the applicable regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with said requirements.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

Au sein d’une équipe projet, vous avez en charge :

  • La définition des exigences réglementaires applicables et la vérification du respect de ces exigences sur toutes les phases de vie du projet,
  • Le cas échéant, la définition du classement réglementaire du composant ou de l’équipement,
  • La rédaction/vérification de documents réglementaires (Analyses de Risques, Evaluation Particulière des Matériaux Nucléaires, Spécification d’Examen Visuel Final, Dossiers Défauts Inacceptables),
  • Les échanges en interne ou en externe (client, Organisme Habilité, fournisseurs ou l’Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire) sur les problématiques réglementaires,
  • Le support aux équipes projet pour l’application du référentiel technique,
  • La rédaction d’avis réglementaires permettant de lever des points d’arrêt en fabrication (notamment lors d’opérations critiques ou irréversibles). Ces avis ont pour objectifs d’identifier d’éventuels requis réglementaires non respectés.

  • Where applicable, the definition of the regulatory classification of the component or the equipment,
  • The drafting and verification of regulatory documents (Regulatory Hazard Analysis, Nuclear Material Particular Appraisal, Regulatory Visual Examination Specification, Unacceptable Defect documents),
  • The internal discussions and exchanges with external stakeholders (Customer, Notified Body, Suppliers of French Nuclear Safety Authority) on regulatory topics,
  • The support to the project teams for the application of the technical referential,
  • The issuance of regulatory advices allowing some hold points to be lifted at the manufacturing stage (particularly during critical or irreversible activities). The purpose of these advices is to identify possible regulatory requirements that have not been met.

 

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement:
