About the role:

Business Systems Analyst - 12 Months

North Anna Nuclear Plant / Mineral Virginia

Reporting to the IT Director

High-level Project Overview: Supporting our Nuclear Power Station Fleet as a Business Systems Analyst. Will required interaction and support via remote means with the (5) Nuclear Power Stations and Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements workshops for large and/or complex efforts.
• Functionally deconstruct, analyze, and document our internal partners' systems, problems, processes, and needs.
• Define requirements and test cases using structured methodologies.
• Lead documentation of requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking exercises.
• Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management.
• Consult to our internal partners regarding technology and process solutions.
• Facilitate finding, developing viable technology solutions for our partners by working with teammates, IT groups within the company, external service providers, and partners.
• Provide guidance to our internal partners by knowing what software systems they have in place and determining what those systems may be able to go forward.
• Communicate with internal partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems, modify existing systems, and provide system maintenance support.
• Provide application and system support for multiple systems used by our internal partners.
• Provide support for projects and troubleshooting efforts.
• Perform Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance control execution and evidence gathering

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency Required
• Power BI Experience
• IT experience in business systems analysis, in a large-scale environment,
• Analyze business processes for both 'as is' and 'to be' states.
• Identify opportunities for strengthening business processes
• Ability to work with a divers set of personnel with different expectations and demands.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00 - $65.00.
