Controls Specialist- 2-Year Contract

Your Day-to-Day: 

• Perform assignments with a high degree of independence, applying knowledge and experience to all aspects of the job
• Plan, organize, and execute work assignments with minimal supervision
• Exercise sound judgment in identifying and resolving routine and complex issues
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Utilize appropriate tools and resources to develop innovative solutions and improve processes
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to enhance productivity
• Supporting nuclear generation and construction activities in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and records as required by project and regulatory guidelines

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in controls, operations, or technical support roles
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted nuclear access
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Experience in nuclear, construction, or industrial environments preferred
