Program Manager-Bus. Prof.

Opportunity Overview:

Program Manager-Bus. Prof. - Contract 1 Year

Maple Grove, MN - Hybrid Role (3 Days in Office)

Must live within a drivable distance of Maple Grove, MN since we offer no per diem or relocation.

Your Day-to-Day:

Responsible for the overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program Support.

Responsibilities:

· Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees and suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc.

· You may also oversee the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects.

· Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success.

· Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics.

· Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

· Seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

· Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.

· Manages partner engagement and satisfaction.

· Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal practices improving component projects or overall program.

Follows standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques

Who You Are:

· Utility industry experience preferred

· 5 years of experience discussed

· Analytical abilities across large, complex organizations.

· Experience drafting and presenting business process documentation.

· Power BI, SharePoint and Excel along with other technical skills
