Your Day-to-Day: 

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to incorporate operational requirements into plant systems and layouts.
• Evaluate plant designs to ensure they support safe and efficient operations, maintenance, and testing activities.
• Apply industry best practices and lessons learned from operating experience to improve plant reliability and performance.
• Support the development and implementation of procedures for plant startup, operation, and shutdown.
• Assist in the creation and marketing of plant services that enhance operational readiness and performance.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues and improve plant systems.
• Participate in design reviews, hazard analyses, and operational readiness assessments.

Who You Are: 

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 

• Strong understanding of power plant operations, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• Experience in integrating operational feedback into engineering and design processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
