About the role:

We are looking for a Document Controller who will be responsible for the management of incoming and outgoing project documentation both from/to Customers and Suppliers and for the official internal distribution within the organization. DC controls the distribution of project documents through the use of transmittals and keeps on file the status of each document revision through the use of dedicated logs (ie. Document Submittal List (DSL), Sub-supplier Documents List (SSDL), etc..), as applicable, maintaining the information periodically updated and available to all departments into the EDMS. DC maintains the logs and assigns the unique identification number to the outgoing letters and files them within job correspondence.
You will report to the Quality Assurance & Documentation Manager and be located at our Monfalcone, Italy, site. You will have an onsite working schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the internal and external distribution of all project deliverables and keeps on file their status through the use of dedicated logs.
- Be the primary point of contact for receiving and sending project documents and deliverables from and to the Supplier and maintains record of this exchange.

Distribute the applicable project documentation within the organization and for issuing controlled paper copies, when required.
- PSupports the Quality Project Engineer (QPE) with all the administrative tasks required for the preparation, assembly, archive and transmission to the Customer of the project final dossiers (ie. EoMR, FDB, QADP, QVD, etc…). Be the point of contact for receiving and collecting any comment from the Customer and are responsible to forward them to the QPE and/or other departments for resolution.
Qualifications:

High school diploma, bachelor degree in management information systems is preferred

English fluency at B2 level minimum or French language fluency
