Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Operator

About the role:

As a Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Operator you will conduct Non destructive Examinations according to the documents produced by the NDE Engineers. You will be responsible not only for conducting the activity, but also for noting its steps through reports.

You will report to the Quality Control Manager and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• The NDE Operator must be familiar with technical drawings, Quality Control Plans and NDE procedures.

• NDE Operator issues reports on the done job that are forwarded to the Product Assurance Inspectors

• NDE Operator is responsible for conducting the inspection activities in accordance with the applicable documents.

Qualifications:

• Graduated high school (five years)

• 5 to 10 years of experience as NDE Operator in manufacturing industries of heavy carpentry or machining

• English level: intermediate

• Knowledge of Excel

• Knowledge and application of superficial and volumetric instruments (VT, PT, MT, UT)

• Availability to work 3 shifts (not 24/7): Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, 2nd; shift 2 pm to 10 pm, and night shift 10 pm to 6 am.
