About the role:

The primary function for the Product Assurance Inspector Intern is to support inspections on the work carried out in various production departments, under the supervision of a Product Assurance Inspector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing activities based on work documentation and document results;

• Participate in inspection activities that ensure production processes comply with quality standards and code requirements;

• Identify conditions that could potentially compromise quality or nuclear safety;

• Learn the use of Corrective Action and Human Performance Tools to identify, report, manage, and support in resolving issues/observations/near misses;

• Provide support to engineering in the analysis of design drawings, quality control plans, manufacturing process procedures, test procedures, and NDE procedures used for workshop operations;

• Supports the Quality Project Engineer (QPE) with all the administrative tasks required for the preparation, assembly, archive and transmission to the Customer of the project final dossiers.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in 2nd year or recent graduate of a technical diploma or bachelor’s degree program at a university with a minimum average grade of 75%;

• English fluency at B2 level.
