For our Italian Plant we’re looking for a Product Assurance Inspector /per il nostro sito di Monfalcone ricerchiamo un Product Assurance Inspector.

The Product Assurance Inspector provides manufacturing internal oversight inspections of work being performed by production departments and provides coaching to personnel to promote their improvement of processes in the workshop.

What will you be responsible for:

• To guarantee Personal, Industrial, and Nuclear Safety / Garantire la Sicurezza personale, industriale e nucleare.
• Perform oversight on fabrication activities according to job documentation and document results/ Eseguire la supervisione sulle attività di fabbricazione in base alla documentazione del lavoro e ai risultati dei documenti.
• Support the Client and the Agency Notified Body promoting an open communication of quality issues and concerns/ Sostenere il Cliente e l'Ente Notificato dall'Agenzia e promuovere una comunicazione aperta dei problemi riguardanti la qualità.
• Guarantee, with the inspection activities, that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and codes requirements / Attraverso la propria attività d’ispezione, garantire che i processi produttivi siano svolti nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e requisiti di codice
• Identify any condition that could affect quality and nuclear safety standars / Identificare le condizioni potenzialmente inficianti la qualità o la sicurezza nucleare
• Support Nuclear Safety Culture by coaching and engaging employees to challenge themselves and to improve their safety related behaviors/ Supportare la cultura della sicurezza nucleare coinvolgendo i dipendenti a sfidarsi e allenare i loro comportamenti nel campo della sicurezza.
• Active use of Corrective Action and Human Performance programs to timely identify, report, manage, and resolve issues/observations/near misses/good catches / Uso attivo dei Corrective Action e Human Performance Tools per identificare, segnalare, gestire e risolvere tempestivamente problemi/osservazioni/quasi incidenti/buone catture.
• Comply with applicable procedures and standards, ensuring all standards and processes are adequately described in Level 2 and 3 procedures/ Garantire la conformità delle lavorazione alle procedure e agli standard applicabili, garantendo che siano adeguatamente descritti nelle procedure di livello 2 e 3.
• Systematically confirm compliance in accordance with applicable documents to perform the task, including the Quality Management System (QMS), procedures and drawings/ Confermare sistematicamente le conformità con i documenti applicabili per eseguire l'attività, tra cui il Quality Management System (QMS), le procedure e i disegni.
• Analyze design drawings, quality control plans, fabrication process procedures, test procedures, NDE procedures being utilized for shop operations / Analizzare i disegni di progettazione, piani di controllo qualità, procedure di processo di fabbricazione, procedure di test, procedure NDE utilizzate per le operazioni di officina.
• Periodically review the certifications that are issued during the fabrication and external supplier activities, including nonconformance’s to assure compliance / Rivedere periodicamente le certificazioni rilasciate durante la fabbricazione e le attività dei fornitori esterni, inclusa la non conformità per garantire la conformità.
