Project Engineer

About the role:

You will be the Italian representative of a cross-country team in charge of carrying out one of our international projects. You will be in charge of mantaining compliance with the standard, code (RCC-M/RSE-M) and regulatory requirements. You may have to provide technical support for resolving manufacturing deviations. You will be working closely with French Body and Notified Body, other than specific company departmens.You will report to the Project Manager and be located at Monfalcone (GO). You will occasionaly have to travel to France for business meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• monitor manufacturing and inspection procedures, from their development through external approval;
• ensure technical alignment, compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to project deadlines;
• address non -conformances involving local and project specific engineering departmens, quality and regulatory team as needed;
• serve as a local representative for Notified Body and French Regulatory;

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• 1-5 year experience in manifacturing environments. Experience in the nuclear sector is an asset for your application;
• Comfortable in using the most common IT toos and softwares;
• Professional proficency in English and French;
• Knowledge of the nuclear environment (RCC-M Code, ESPN and PED regulations) is an asset to your application;

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31,900 to €42,000 per year or €37,000 to €48,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
