About the role:
As a Welding School Support, you will provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Welding School, ensuring the smooth execution of training activities and the accurate management of training data and materials.
You will report to the Welding School Lead & Suppliers Coordinator and be located at the Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, submit, and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) for welding consumables, tools, safety equipment, and training materials;

Support the purchasing department to ensure the timely delivery of required materials;

Maintain and update training databases, attendance records, qualification logs, certification records, and training hours;

Support instructors in preparing training booths and organizing materials for practical welding sessions;

Verify the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for daily training activities;

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, gases, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring accurate stock records;

Support the tracking and reporting of Welding School activities and performance data;Promote compliance with Welding School safety procedures and verify the correct use of PPE;

Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient training environment;
- Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma;
-
Min 1 year of experience in administrative support;
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management;
-
Good organizational and planning skills;
-
Proactive attitude and ability to support multiple activities simultaneously;

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP;
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
