About the role:
As Account Executive you will lead relationship management, while supporting sales and business development activities for our costumers in Belgium and The Netherlands. You will be the 'Voice of the Customer' from contract cradle to grave for assigned accounts. You will foster key relationships with our customers to help ensure Westinghouse provides unique support through deep customer understanding and engagement with Westinghouse products and services.
You'll report to the EVP & Chief Commercial Officer and be located in Belgium, with flexibility to work from home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Grow opportunity pipeline and support volume and quality of orders.
- Build relationships as a trusted business advisor with utility executives throught relevant technical knowledge, enabling deep understanding of customer strategies and needs; use that insight to generate sales opportunities and facilitate revenue growth across all product and service areas.
- Maintain awareness of execution of all customer projects to ensure safe, quality delivery and that contractual obligations are met.
- Identify sales opportunities through knowledge of Westinghouse products and services that meet current and future customer needs.
- Apply knowledge of customer business strategies, competitor intelligence and market trends to inform and influence the following: marketing; strategic planning; and product/service/technology development. Provide executive oversight to ensure successful project delivery, leading to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

- Provide leadership and coaching to matrix reports, including project teams and functional support groups in preparing offers, contract negotiation and delivery of products and services. Focus is on execution of projects consistent with contractual commitments, cost targets and established schedules, with safety as a priority. Oversight includes supporting responsive corrective action performance and lessons learned.
- Maintain teaming relationships with internal Westinghouse stakeholders to collaborate effectively on sales and marketing opportunities.
- Achieve opportunity pipeline growth, orders entered and Customer satisfaction as measured by feedback mechanism. Help achieve sales, direct gross margin and cash flow. Maintain thorough knowledge of customer long-term asset management plans, plant health committee issues, top ten equipment reliability issues, WANO and INPO ratings, INPO AFIs.
- Lead/reinforce the use of the customer relations management tool to manage the orders entered pipeline and associated actions to achieve target objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline.
- Experience in nuclear plant engineering, nuclear plant operations, project and resource management, and direct customer interface typically acquired through 10 to 15 years of progressively more responsible and varied leadership assignments.
- Previous leadership experience typically required.
- International experience valuable given diversity of customer base.
- Travel Requirements: 20-30% domestic and international travel.
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English.
