To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for an intern position of  a Supply Chain Data Analyst  for our Global Supply Chain Operations Support team.
The Supply Chain Data Analyst helps to improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires basic knowledge of supply chain procurement and inventory processes and analytics skills. Them use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information to help improving the supply chain.

Your dat to day:

Data Entry, Management and Maintenance:
•    Collect data from internal and external sources on supply chain operations.
•    Analyse data to identify areas of supply chain operations efficiency improvements.
•    Support the team in development and execution of projects to enhance supply chain operations.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with the supply chain community and internal stakeholders.
•    Support the team to measure supply chain performance and report to management.. 
Supply Chain Operations Support:
•    Administrative and operational support to the buyers and expeditors on validating and uploading data files used in automated processes for mass upload into SAP.
•    Corrective actions support to the supply chain community and internal stakeholders on appropriate use of supply chain processes
Other administrative support:   
•    Support maintain SAP data related to on time deliveries (OTD) reporting 

Who you are:

•    Fluency (both spoken and written) in English 
•    Good analytical skills with  attention to details and sense of accuracy
•    Ability to understand process efficiency and to propose improvements when required
•    Basic Knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules) desired
•    Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint desired
•    Knowledge of Excel Querry and/or PowerBi desired
•    Knowledge of mass data upload tools (such as WinShuttle) desired
