General Job Function:

 

Individual Contributor. Under direct supervision and guidance of experienced team members, learn skills in the Human Resources area.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

 

  • - Digitization of all personnel files: reorganization of paper files, scan and organize into electronic files
  • - Creation of an archiving system
  • - Creation of paper and electronic files for new employees
  • - Classification and archiving of different documents
  • - Archiving of outgoing staff files

 

Who You Are

 

Student available for 1 month during the summer period

Interpersonal skills, such as effective verbal and written communications; ability to develop relationships.

Knowledge of Pack Office

Language skills, with as a minimum proficiency in the English and French languages
