About the role:

As a HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Country Partner and you will provide administrative support to the local HR department during your summer job assignement.

This is a 1 - month summer job opportunity for students and we are open to consider candidates located in Nivelles' area with the possibility to commute daily to our Belgian offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digitization of all personnel files: reorganization of paper files, scan and organize into electronic files
  • Create an archiving system
  • Create paper and electronic files for new employees
  • Classification and archiving of different documents
  • Archive staff files

Qualifications:

  • Student available for 1 month during the summer period
  • Knowledge of Pack Office
  • Language skills, with as a minimum proficiency in the English and French languages
