General Job Function:
Individual Contributor. Under direct supervision and guidance of experienced team members, learn skills in the Human Resources area.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
Development and Training:
- Contribute to the development of training plans and management of registrations.
- Participate in the organization of training sessions and monitoring of evaluations.
- Assist in the creation of training and skills development materials.
Cross-functional HR projects:
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative HR projects.
- Participate in improving internal processes and HR tools.
- Collaborate with the different teams to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of HR actions.
Who You Are
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources, or equivalent.
Interpersonal skills, such as effective verbal and written communications; ability to develop relationships, organizational skills, rigor and discretion.
Knowledge of Pack Office
Language skills, with as a minimum proficiency in the English and French languages
