Opportunity Overview:

Business Analyst Level 1 Associate

Contract 1 Year

Miami Lakes, FL - 100% Onsite

Your Day-to-Day:

You will work on projects to guide impactful changes. Projects vary in scope and complexity requiring employees to perform different functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development to project management.

Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end-user acceptance testing for BPO applications and processes related to the XD project.

The position responsibilities will require employees to become a subject matter expert in all billing options, to support the operation and projects, and ensure we continue to provide seamless experiences for our customers.

Additional responsibilities will include:

· Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end-user acceptance testing.

Test scripts, report defects thoroughly, and retest efficiently.

· Collaborate with IT and other departments to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis

· Ensure all processes are well documented

· Build working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution

Who You Are:

· 1+ years of experience required

· We prefer SAP knowledge.

· Exposure to Agile program development methodology
