Your Day-to-Day:

This role is for an Electrical Inspector/Superintendent for our Sherco Solar project.

The team/individual is involved in the communication and planning for installation and commissioning of the entire substation. There are coordination meetings with transmission installation and with substation construction.

This individual will also be working in the office doing research, planning and review of execution plans, lack of takeout plans, commissioning plans, etc. They will also be in the field verifying that the contractors are installing and executing per plan.

Responsibilities include the construction and commissioning of high voltage substations associated with the solar project.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

·       Electrical Inspection Background/Experience

·       5-7 years of Substation construction and commissioning experience with high voltage energy installations, plus five years in the supervisory level experience

·       HS Diploma required

·       Equipment installations and the theoretical understanding how switching and that kind of stuff works.

·       Looking for experienced candidates in the installation and commissioning of high voltage sub yards.

·       Adobe Pro, Procore/PM Web software for communication.

·       Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office suite.

Standard day shift starting around 6:30 AM to about 4:30; 5 days per week with the occasional Saturday. OT REQUIRED.
