Opportunity Overview:
Engineer I, Associate
Contract 1 Year
Juno Beach, FL - 100% Onsite

Your Day-to-Day:
The Engineer I provides administrative and operational support to the engineering team, ensuring a smooth coordination of documentation, procurement processes, and project tracking. Your role will involve managing records, assisting with purchase orders, and supporting compliance with company standards and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize engineering documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and project files.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers.
- Support the creation and submission of Shopping Carts, review of Purchase Order (PO) documents for engineering-related materials and services.
- Monitor the status of POs to ensure approvals and delivery of goods/services.
- Partner with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies or delays in procurement.
- Compile and update engineering metrics, cost reports, and inventory records.
- Maintain Shopping Cart reporting data
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Help prepare documentation
- Provide interpretations and conclusions from data, develop technical documentation, and give technical guidance to lower-level engineers and technicians.
- Prepare job cost estimates, pole bore details, NJUNS forms, and any other required documents and reports for construction and maintenance projects.
- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
- Relevant Experience: 0+ years of experience in engineering studies and analysis, applying engineering-related disciplines to solve moderate difficulty assignments.
