Opportunity Overview:

I&C Technician - 12 Months

New Canton, VA

Your Day-to-Day:

• Knowledge of reciprocating and turbine engines, gas dehydration, measurement, environmental motoring, compression and supporting systems.

• Knowledge of electric driven compressors may be required.

• Knowledge of electrical and electronic theory and principles.

• Knowledge of National Electric Code and National Bureau of Standards calibration and tolerance standards. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

• Pass electrical, electronic and digital equipment troubleshooting tests.

• Interpret installation specifications and wiring and component diagrams.

• Define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.

• Operate diagnostic equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)

Who You Are:

• HS Diploma / Equivalent (Required)

• Education Associates preferred Discipline Technical/computer

• Familiar with general electric mark VI controls

• Calibration of equipment monitoring device

• Combine cycle plant experience

• Emissions monitoring experience
