Plant Administrator – 1-month contract

Your Day-to-Day: 

• Process and enter invoices into SAP accurately and efficiently
• Review invoice data for completeness and correctness
• Communicate with internal teams if discrepancies or missing information arise
• Maintain organized records of processed invoices
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the project timeline

Who You Are: 

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 

• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote work
• Availability for part-time hours over the next 3–4 weeks
