This role supports the Gas side of Client’s business, specifically the Transmission Project Management and Construction Management teams. The individual will oversee a portfolio of 150+ annual projects valued at ~$120 million and assist in aligning efforts across external vendors (engineering, construction, inspection, land rights) and internal teams. Responsibilities include performance tracking (financial, schedule, quality, and safety), scorecard/report creation, and portfolio-level reporting for leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pulling and aggregating vendor data (cost, schedule, performance)
• Creating variance reports and performance scorecards
• Interfacing with external vendors and internal PMs
• Using Excel for complex functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Pulling reports from SAP
• Reporting on executive leadership on portfolio progress

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 5-10 years in project controls, financial analysis, construction or utilities.
• 2–4-year degree.
• Some hands on corporate or vendor interaction is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Data analysis and report generation
• Project tracking/portfolio management
• ERP system familiarity (SAP preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication
