Project Coordinator Bus. Prof. I

Contract 11 Months

Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid Role

We offer no per diem or relocation assistance and therefore must live within a drivable distance of either location.

Your Day-to-Day:

The Project Coordinator will reconcile backlog work orders and will complete all necessary actions. You will work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists.

Responsibilities:

· Reviewing and processing backlog work orders

· Communicating with other coordinators and partners

· Using Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress

· Working independently while reaching out to team members.

Who You Are:

· Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

· Experience working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required

· Experience with work order management is beneficial

· We prefer relevant work experience, although no specific education requirements exist.

· We prefer SAP experience, but we do not require it.
