We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $101,920 to $112,320 annually.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Under general supervision, it provides project management and design services for distribution facilities as required.
• Applies diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields.
• Acts as a single point of contact for projects in the areas service territory.
• Makes decisions independently regarding engineering complexities and methods.
• Responsible for proactive and reactive communication pertaining to project scope until the customer is ultimately satisfied.
• Must be highly knowledgeable and proficient in the design of the Distribution System, both in new construction and maintenance activities

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a combination of the following areas: Distribution/Utility
• Customer interactions and negotiations - Electric Power Technology Certification - Advance ability with integrity and compliance, and professional skills –
• Competent ability with analysis and problem solving, commercial, communications, process/project management, and leadership skills
