About the role:
Business Systems Analyst
12 Months
Hybrid Position - 3 days in office, 2 remote
This is a data focused position to help support the RNG Gas Operations Unit. Reporting to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and understand customer issues.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust in the Information Technology team's knowledge of and concern for the customer's needs.
- Plan while handiling multiple deadlines
- Identify and solve problems.
- Create a network of relevant individuals to solve operational problems.
- Experience in the adaptation to and the application of changing technology to needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors preferred
Minimum HS Diploma
