Contract Coordinator

We are searching for a contract coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 4-month contract assignment.  (W-2)   This is for the fossil power generation plants outages that’s coming up. Candidates willing to work in Florida between March 2025  and July 2025.

Location: Various Fossil power generation plants

Responsibilities:

• The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.
• This role ensures that all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies.
• The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Other: Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule; travel to various plant locations for outages is required

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.

Relevant experience:

• 5+  years of experience in years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment
