We are searching for Marketing Assistant – II for a 11-month contract assignment.

  • The person will support marketing, sales, and creative teams in the development and execution of promotional programs including brochures, sales sheets, direct mail, advertising, and web content.
  • Will performs basic research and prepare documents and other marketing materials.  The position is within the Renewables Team and Utilities experience preferred but not required.

 

Hybrid:  Work will be onsite 1 day per week, preferably Wednesday, however, there may be flexibility with what day of the week

Location:  Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for processing solar interconnection applications through different points in the process. They will be expected to follow standard work instructions.
  • May also be involved with data entry in SalesForce.
  • The person will also be corresponding with solar installers/company representatives and customers via Chatter or email.
  • The main part of their role will be processing applications.  They will have a weekly team meeting as well.
  • This person will not necessarily be working on any specific projects, just more operational/transactional duties.
  • Provide logistical support through planning, scheduling and coordination. Helps with task administration, ensuring requests are submitted, tracked and shipped in a timely manner. Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Assist with or drives marketing projects as needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality is achieved within deadline.  

 

Required Qualifications

  • A background in Business/marketing/administration or degree would be strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP experience would be helpful.
  • Must be able to follow detailed work instructions. Strong communication skills are also required. strong organization/time management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with energy/utility or environmental related experience. Interest in/or passionate about renewable energy.
