Marketing Assistant - II

We are searching for Marketing Assistant – II for a 1 yr.  contract assignment. (W-2) with possible extension. This is an Entry level – utility demand space. (Programs or rebates)  The person will be supporting commercial DSM program (5 different jurisdictions)   Will work with account managers as they get questions from customers

DSM programs typically offer customers incentives to reduce their energy consumption, such as:

• Rebates for purchasing energy-efficient appliances
• Free or discounted energy audits
• Free or low-cost energy-efficient lightbulbs
• Lower rates for customers who shift consumption to off-peak hours

Location: Minneapolis, Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO

Hybrid:  Onsite: T-Th  Remote: M & F

Responsibilities

• Handing the marketing materials
• Review the rebate request – send it to the rebate processing group
• Operate in Salesforce platform – go into newly assignment task (assign from different part of the organization), review the task, reach out to project team member, missing material/invoices – sending out emails
• Attending product team meeting – typically once a week (identify what the key path are for the program and plan for attack)
• Managing program inboxes

Requirements

• Experience: BA degree and entry level (out of college) but will take someone more experience.
• Marketing, project management experience is helpful.

• Microsoft Office/Suite – required

• Salesforce – nice to have but not required.

• Strong Communication Skills
• Utility experience – nice to have but not required.
