We are searching for a Specialty Developer for a 6-month assignment.  The person will design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications in both synchronous and asynchronous modes. Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

 

Location:  West Palm Beach, FL 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement appropriate security controls (authentication, authorization, encryption, data

masking, logging, monitoring) to protect data in transit and at rest.

  • Lead a team of onsite and offshore developers and testers through the entire development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize development efforts.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Showcase technical solutions with proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Maintain excellent communication with onsite and offshore stakeholders, product owners, and team members.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effectively manage expectations.
  • Participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute actively to team discussions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.
  • Utilize various integration tools and APIs (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc. and Salesforce API) to achieve seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with business rules engines (BRMS) is a plus.
  • Experience with object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile development technologies.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
