Utility Crossing Coordinator

We are searching for a skilled Utility Crossing Coordinator on behalf of our client. The person will be working with the client’s team for new transmission line and renewable projects.

Location: Juno Beach, FL

This role requires extensive experience in utility crossing agreements, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple consultants including surveyors, land agents, developers, other utility owners, title companies, legal counsel, and construction personnel.

The Utility Crossing Coordinator will be responsible for managing utility crossing agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, securing necessary permits, tracking agreement status to support executed agreements prior to construction start, managing document control to support accurate reporting, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required, with PMP certification preferred.
• Must have at least a  minimum of 3-5 years of experience in utility crossing coordination or project management within the transmission line and/or renewable sector.
• Strong organizational skills, familiarity with project management tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
