 We currently have an exciting opportunity for a project management intern to support Western Zirconium (WEC-Ogden’s) Planning & Outage team.  In P&O our mission is to partner with our plant wide customers to deliver planning support from breakdowns to shutdowns.  Our vision is to reduce plant downtime and reactive work by leveraging our CMMS to drive cross-functional improvements.  As part of our team you will be instrumental in helping plan the 2025 Fall Outage and will be intimately involved in the five stages of PMing from initiation to planning, execution to monitoring & controlling, through closure.  You can expect each day to be different as you go hands on with our parts technicians running down obsolete parts to inside the Outage Control Center where you will help sequence critical-to-shutdown activities and projects.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with maintenance planners and engineers as you help flesh out scope, identify critical equipment and material needs, and align the needs of individual projects with the overall needs of the site.

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 
*  Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Project Managerment or directly related Business Degrees
*  Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
*  Completion of Sophomore year of college
*  Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred. 
*  US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
