About the role:

As a Lead Finance and Accounting Analyst, you will drive meaningful insights that support plant leadership and influence financial outcomes. You'll own essential processes—closing, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and help modernize the way we use data to run the business. You will report to the Finance Manager and be located at our Ogden, Utah location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the financial reporting partner for site and corporate leadership.

  • Help with monthly close, budgeting cycles, forecasts, KPI reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis.

  • Evaluate inventory forecasts, variances, and reconciliations.

  • Deliver compelling presentations summarizing financial results.

  • Implement process improvements and develop financial models to enhance decision-making.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Update and analyze annual Standard Costs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Finance or Accounting degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of broad financial experience.

  • Knowledge of GAAP, accounting theory, internal controls, and financial concepts.

  • Experience in FP&A, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.

  • Prior manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred.

     

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500 per year.
