About the Role
The Team Leader is responsible for managing their team with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
This role involves organizing, coordinating, and assigning tasks while ensuring that work is completed in line with quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the assigned team and operational unit
- Perform internal technical inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and radiation protection regulations
- Evaluate team members’ performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team
- Maintain direct communication with client representatives regarding logistics, safety, security, and operational support
- Ensure full traceability of all actions and events related to activities
- Participate in equipment installation and dismantling
- Ensure proper use and handling of equipment
- Support preparation of equipment, software, and documentation related to operations
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver training within area of expertise
- Contribute to process improvements, development, testing, and qualification activities
Reporting & Interfaces
Internal
- Directly manages the team
- Reports functionally to the Project Manager or Intervention Manager during project execution
- Reports operationally to the Head of Operations
External
- Interacts with various client departments (e.g., EDF) during outage activities
- Maintains direct contact with the client
Qualifications
Education & Knowledge
- Technical background in at least one of the following fields: mechanical engineering, materials, radiation protection, welding
- Knowledge of the nuclear industry
Experience & Skills
- Strong technical expertise (approximately 10 years of experience or high-potential profile)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of rigor and sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and anticipation capability

Le Chef d’Équipe est responsable du management de son équipe dans un objectif de qualité et de productivité.
Il organise, coordonne et distribue le travail, tout en veillant au bon déroulement des activités dans le respect des standards de qualité et des délais de livraison.
Missions principales
- Encadrer son équipe et piloter le poste qui lui est confié
- Assurer le contrôle technique interne
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et de radioprotection
- Évaluer les performances de son personnel
- Apporter un support technique aux membres de l’équipe
- Gérer la relation avec certains représentants du client (logistique, sûreté, sécurité, hygiène)
- Assurer la traçabilité des actions et des événements liés à son activité
- Participer à l’installation et au repli du matériel
- Garantir les bonnes conditions d’utilisation des équipements
- Contribuer à la préparation des matériels, logiciels et documents nécessaires aux activités
Informations complémentaires
- Dispenser des formations dans son domaine de compétence
- Participer aux améliorations, développements, essais et qualifications des procédés
Reporting & Interfaces
Internes
- Encadrement direct de l’équipe
- Rattachement fonctionnel au Chef de Projet ou Responsable d’Intervention sur chantier
- Dépendance hiérarchique du Responsable des opérations
Externes
- Relations avec les différents services du client (notamment EDF) dans le cadre des arrêts de tranche
- Interaction directe avec le client
Qualifications
- Compétences techniques dans au moins un des domaines suivants : mécanique, matériaux, radioprotection, soudage
- Connaissances du secteur nucléaire
Experience
- Expérience technique significative (environ 10 ans ou profil à fort potentiel)
- Compétences en management
- Capacité à gérer des interfaces multiples
Soft Skills
- Bonne communication et aptitude au travail en équipe
- Rigueur et sens des responsabilités
- Organisation, autonomie et capacité d’anticipation
