Westinghouse is looking for an exceptional recruiter to join the team supporting growth in the European market. A outstanding recruiter sets themselves apart by their ability to excel in talent identification,  attraction and developing deep partnerships with our business leaders and HR partners.


This role can be located in Bulgaria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, United Kingdom or select other European countries. 



Day to Day:


Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager in the US, the Recruiter is responsible for all day-to-day recruitment responsibilities of a defined subject matter or function including: 

  • Managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting for both internal and external candidates. 
  • Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers. 
  • Providing consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition. 
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to assess their talent needs and advising on the best hiring strategy 
  • Demonstrating a high level knowledge of various local employment laws and regulations  
  • Managing talent acquisition systems, processes, and policies across the EMEA region. 
  • Serving as a senior representative of talent acquisition in meetings with internal customers and hiring managers. 
  • Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the EMEA organization. 
  • Promoting and fostering ongoing partnership with HR generalists and other HR COE’s. 
  • Providing guidance and support to in-country HR Generalists supporting recruitment activities. 




  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search environment. 
  • Proficient in speaking English, multiple languages are preferred. 
  • A proven track record of successful recruiting results. Experience with high requisition volumes is preferred.
  • Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques. 
  • A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance. 
  • Experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media. 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP Success Factors). 
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation and organization skills. 
  • A team player mentality with solid collaboration skills
