You will be responsible to lead the resoltuion processes that impact the nuclear fuel customer, assuring customer confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term commitment to Westinghouse by delivering fuel on time, in full and without compliant (OTIFWC). 

 

Key Responsibilities:

More specifically, s/he will contribut to the growth of Westinghouse by:

  • Identify and resolve nuclear fuel delivery to improve performance in tandem with leadership teams;
  • Implement escalation model to bring awareness to missed deliveries earlier;
  • Partner with Fuel P&Ls, Transformation, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to quickly address delivery challenges to ensure OTIFWC improvement;
  • Assess and drive alignment on impacts to delivery milestones while considering commercial impact;
  • Establish a sustainable and agile delivery model to adapt to changing customer needs;
  • Influence delivery to customers as challenges occur and quickly escalate issues as needed; maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in fuel products, fuel manufacturing, contract management and delivery
  • 15+ years of experience in operations, sales, or project management with increasingly progression and complexity
  • Outstanding executive communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Demonstration of leading and influencing in a global, multicultural environment
  • Undergraduate degree and advanced degree preferred
  • Must demonstrate a strong competency of strategic thinking, results orientation, business acumen, collaboration and effectiveness working across organizational boundaries
  • Experience working across multiple cultures and countries.
