Operations Manager - Steam Generator Services

About the role:
As a Operation Manager you will lead the operation for delivery of Services for Lancing and Visual Testing Steam Generator services to operational nuclear power plants.
You will report to the Steam Generator Director and be located at Villejust (France), whit flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage responsibilities for individuals reporting to you.
- Set up standardized programs and actions to assure and improve safety conditions and results.
- Achieve human error free and high-level equipment reliability results.
- Drive your perimeter of accountability to lead Westinghouse as the first choice for our customers based on the performance of the services.
- Consider the market to achieve high utilization of the crew with cross utilization and wider cooperation across the platform.
- Define the operating model to increase the financials results.
- Define resources and training plan, develop talents, and assure competencies plan.
- Support offer build and business opportunities.
- Develop tooling / methodology to improve services preparation, visual management on site and real-time production follow up,
- Promote standardization actions and methodology across the groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent with related experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of field service operation or equivalent operational experience
- French and English language fluency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge or experience of Steam generator maintenance activities preferable
- 20%-30% travel required to French NPP
