SG primary services acquisition Operation Manager

Location: Villejust (France).

This SG primary services acquisition Operation Manager role provides leadership for delivery of services to operational nuclear power plants:

This leader is accountable to set up appropriate plan for delivering safe, services, developing the pool of talent resources, and achieving sustainable results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for management tasks for operations managers and individuals reporting to him,
• Set up standardized projects and actions to assure and improve safety conditions and results,
• Focus your actions to achieve with human error free and high-level equipment reliability results,
• Guide your perimeter of accountability to lead Westinghouse as the first choice for our customers based on the performance of the services,
• Consider the market to achieve high use of the crew with cross use and wider cooperation across the platform,
• Define the operating model to increase the financials results and the portfolio,
• Define resources and training plan, develop talents, and assure competencies plan with the business,
• Support offer build and business opportunities,
• Develop tooling / methodology to improve services preparation, visual management on site and real-time production follow up,
• Guide standardization actions and methodology across the groups.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent with related experience / Master's in engineering, MBA or advanced technical degree.
• 2-5+ years of leadership experience / emotional and conflict management skills is important
• String engagement to support these services under 7 days /7 3 shifts
• 5+ years of field service operation or equivalent operational experience
•  
• French and English language fluency (written and spoken)
• Experience of Steam generator maintenance activities preferable
