About the role:

As part of the Quality Team your mission will be to contribute to the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its continuous improvement.

You will report to the France Quality Manager and be located at Villejust, France.

Model of work: hybrid.

We would like you to start in February 2027.

 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System :

- Help maintain Quality Management System procedures.

- Support customer qualification activities.

  • Continuous Improvement :

- Pilote for the Corrective Action process:

    o Support and monitor implementation in compliance with established procedures.

    o Lead weekly review committee meetings. o Issue performance and progress reports.

    o Conduct cause analyses and effectiveness reviews.

    o Contribute to the execution of internal audits.

- Monitor customer satisfaction.- Maintain performance indicators and dashboards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5), Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification with a specialization in Quality and Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a quality-focused role.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, industrial codes, and customer expectations within the nuclear industry.
  • Proficiency in quality analysis methods and tools.
  • Dynamic, proactive for driving initiatives and suggesting improvements.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at different levels of the organization.
  • Autonomous and accountable.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
