About the role:
Within a group of 600 people in France - 4 companies including 3 SMEs, under the responsibility of the HR Manager France and in collaboration with the members of the HR Operations France team - 4 colleagues, you will provide generalist expertise, advice and counsel in areas of Human Resources.
You will be located in Villejust, France.
Model of work: hybrid, with two days per week from the office.
Possible part-time job: 80% or 90%.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a perimeter of about fifty employees in total autonomy and be the support of the managers at the perimeter (employment contract, internal mobility, performance, disciplinary, employment law issues, termination),

Be in charge of HR development:
- build the GPEC / GEPP approach up to negotiation
- oversee the classification of the metallurgy collective agreement, and the associated job descriptions
- manage the skills development plan outside of technical and compulsory training
- monitor the conduct of professional interviews and the preparation of the summary statement

Be in charge of professional elections

Participate in communication on the theme of disability: identify and contribute to actions of valorization, awareness, inclusion

Lead various HR projects.
Qualifications:
-
Successful track record as an HR Specialist with 8+ years of experience.

Familiarity with the collective agreement for the metallurgy industry and in particular its new classification.

Very good English skills, both spoken and written.

Also, it is important for us that you are a team player.

You have already managed collective social relations.

You are dynamic and organized, you can move from a tactical to an operational subject.

You know how to lead projects and you are ready to take on challenges.
