About the role:
As a Site Support Analyst you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices. You will resolve hardware and software issues, assisting with IT deployments, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
You will report to the Supervisor - Windows Administration Team and be located at Villejust Westinghouse facilities (France) with a hybrid work arrangement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Act as the local point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support system upgrades, patch management, and deployment of new technologies.
- Monitor IT equipment and infrastructure, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
- Support local and remote users with excellent customer service and communication.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including account setups and equipment provisioning.
- Participate in projects, audits, and disaster recovery planning/testing as required.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (eg. Servicenow, Jira).
- Fluent in French and English. .
- Must be eligible to work in France and willing to travel between sites.
