 Your Day-to-Day:

As an Electrical Supervisor in our nuclear operations, you will:

• Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Supervise electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance
• Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Extensive field experience in electrical work, preferably within a union environment
• Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other highly regulated environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and resolve issues on-site
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance) preferred
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
