About the role:

As a Program Manager you will plan and complete all aspects of supply chain projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. You will be a primary point of accountability for project success, coordinating teams and external vendors.

You will report to the Program Manager and be located in Czech Republic.

Model of work: fully remote.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects that help Improve important supply chain metrics (e.g., OTIF/Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Cost-to-Serve, Lead Time).
  • Standardize processes, reduce risk, and ensure scalable operations.
  • Define scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; build integrated project plans.
  • Team building, collaboration and relationship and accountability management.
  • Manage planning, dependencies, and change control, guide issue resolution.
  • Manage and facilitate projects that inspire organizational change with training, SIOP updates, and adoption plans; manage partner communications.
  • Create executive-ready updates: status reports and risk reports with mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate project governance: weekly standups, monthly steering reviews, and gate approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years project manager experience with 2+ years leading supply chain projects.
  • Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors across multiple sites/functions.
  • Familiar with 6-Sigma lean tools
  • Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum Master (In process or willing to get)
  • Materials Management Certification/Experience.
  • PM & Collaboration: MS Project, Excel Macro Plan
  • Data and Reporting: Power BI, Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot)
