 Your Day-to-Day:

• Identify and conduct complex analysis of financial impacts of issues and specific decisions facing the company & propose strategies that maximize the company's financial performance.
• Analyze the impact on the financial structure, profitability, financial integrity and competitive position of relevant environmental and/or business issues facing the company.
• Evaluate the impact on the financial structure, profitability, financial integrity and competitive position of all strategic and tactical resource allocation plans.
• Understands financial and accounting systems and concepts, credit analysis and solves problems.
• May make recommendations on short- and long-term financing decisions, interfaces w/ Regulatory, Finance and Accounting areas of the company. Serves as a mentor and guide to others. Handles varied and complex projects & tasks. 3
• Specifically, someone with experience with prevailing wage laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Reviews contracts
  • Monitors payroll
  • Conducts audits

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or another technical field required. MBA, CPA, or other relevant graduate degree highly desirable. 6 or more years of utility or other relevant experience required.
