About the role:

As a you will supporting the Electrical Engineering Operations Manager in the development and implementation of work planning and design delivery tools, collection and tracking of offer inputs and proposals, and analysis of department operation.

You will report to the Engineering Manager of Electrical Engineering and be located at Rock Hill office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Electrical Engineering Operations Manager and department staff in execution of planned work scope.·
  • Analysis of scope projection, resource allocation, offer development, and department performance.·
  • Support department leadership with offer development and project execution.· Incorporate lessons learned to maintain technical and project delivery capability.·
  • Support prioritization of engineering tasks by assessing project objectives, execution time, and implementation costs.·
  • Ensure best practices, lessons learned, & improvement are realized in project performance and margins.

Qualifications:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical administrative experience.
  • Associates Degree
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI 
  • Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make effective decisions.
  • Team building skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of engineering project execution and work planning practices
