About the role:
As an HR Associate you will support the Global Data Administration team and help manage employee lifecycle processes. You will perform a variety of confidential Human Resources functional and administrative responsibilities. These responsibilities support internal and external customer requests, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll support, and maintaining accurate HR data across multiple systems. You will report to the Manager, HR Global Data Admin. 100% Remote role.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Process HR transactions and respond to inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and customer inquiries through the HR case management system.

Support recruiting team through creation of requisitions.

Create and validate HR reports to ensure data accuracy.

Help with special projects, system testing, and process improvements.
Qualifications:

High school diploma required, associate degree in a business-related field and experience preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus.

3+ years of HR experience, including HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow).

Experience with HR operations and best practices.

Proficient in HR Systems and computer applications.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $ 58,913 to $76,604 per year.
