Verification: Ensure that all electrical work meets the required standards and specifications. Safety Oversight: Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful and safe execution of the electrical components of the solar farm project in Hobbs, NM.

Extensive experience with low and medium voltage electrical work. Solar Construction: Specific experience within the electrical discipline for solar construction is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: NEXTracker System: Familiarity with the NEXTracker system, which is a positioning system software for solar panels, would be highly beneficial. Safety Expertise: Safety Champion: Must prioritize and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Educational Background: Electrical Engineering Degree: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is highly preferred, though not required. General Electrical Experience: 7+ Years of Experience: A strong background in electrical work, with at least 7 years of experience, is essential.
