About the role:

As a Business Partner - APX you will be accountable for the team AI roadmap and ensure operating mechanisms that ensure safe, secure, and value‑driven AI. You will translate priorities into applicable AI opportunities and adoption plans.

The AI Business Partner is accountable for AI demand intake, definition and prioritization. You will create an AI network within BU and for building productive relationships with important partners.

You will report to the D&I Senior Manager and work a hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the definition and delivery of the AI roadmap, ensure agreement to goals, technology bricks and regulatory standards.
• Accountable for use‑case prioritization with BU leaders and ensure funding allocation
• Responsible for all communication to BU team members for AI strategy, BU roadmap, AI risks, performance and value. Must provide executive‑ready narratives, standardized talking points and materials.
• Accountable for AI value with measurable outcomes and quarterly dashboards
• Responsible for AI governance enforcement related to policies, inventory and risk assessment.

• Business Acumen: Aligns AI projects to Return on investment, cycle‑time reduction, reliability, and adoption metrics.
• Strategic Vision: Defines and support Team AI roadmap anchored in measurable outcomes.
• Leadership: Builds high‑performing network with the BU and operating rhythms with accountability.
• Communication translates complex topics into concise, outcome‑oriented narratives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data governance, or digital transformation
• 5+ years working in cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in AI frameworks, model lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,00 to $180,000 per year.
