Human Factor Engineer

Engineer specialized in Human Factors and Safety.

This full-time opportunity is based in Spain.

This role requires exceptional performance and strong communication skills for customer interactions.

Overview of the team.

The team you will join is an industry leader in safety management by creating a strong and effective safety culture.

Once you join us, you will work on a cultural transformation program for a big company in the Oil & Gas sector through the creation and operation of Safety Academies. Previously, you had a period of initial training, both theoretical and practical.

Your Day-to-day

At the end of the training period, which will require presence in both own and client's facilities, the following will be incorporated into the client’s Site in Cartagena, covered by the program (Repsol’s Refinery).

At the destination site, you will carry out consulting and training tasks at the client's facilities, both offices, classrooms and the industrial complexes themselves. In addition, you might provide occasional support on the other sites.

This is a position for a technical profile (technical degree) with a strong vocation for training and the ability to adapt to changes.
